SO THONG 2011

I took Kere's younger sister Kiri shopping at the mall today which meant going into stores I usually wouldn't venture into.  One in particular, caters to young women and I stood patiently while Kiri checked out the underwear table. We had a good laugh about some of the styles and after deciding she didn't want any we walked away.  As I turned from the table, the entire display of lace thongs fell to the floor at my feet.  I picked them up and quickly threw them back on the table and hurried out of the store.  We continued down the halls of the mall wandering in and out of stores for about an hour when I glanced down and realized that my shoelaces were untied.  I bent down to tie them up and realized it wasn't a loose lace that I had spied  flapping around but a lace thong stuck onto the velcro closure of my coat.

A HAPPY NEW YEAR  TO EVERYONE!

SWEET WILLIAM

One of the first things I did after my totally amazing  trip away, was to go see some of my little grandchildren.  They entertain me to no end and tonight was no exception.

William singing 'Rudolph the Red Nose Reindeer' came to the point in the song where all of the other reindeer won't let poor rudolph join in any reindeer games "like mynipply" he added to the lyrics.

Later in the evening a guest was asking William if he he knew what we would be celebrating soon.  William filled him in on what Christmas was about including everything he knew about Jesus.
"Wow" replied the guest "you know as much about Jesus as I do."
William looked at him puzzled then held up four fingers and said in a matter of fact tone "I'm four."

I love that boy.
